PA to the Founder/CEO (Nancy Goudie)
This role involves working very closely with the Founder/CEO in all areas of the ministry including helping to coordinate the bookings and events of the Founder/CEO who travels frequently to speak at churches, conferences and events. It includes working under the supervision of the General Manager to provide personal assistance through efficient secretarial and administrative support to the ngm Founder/CEO. It also involves being part of the team that provides support administrative support for the Founder/CEO and General Manager and being a part of the Spiritual Health Weekend Team. The role involves supporting specific projects as well as day-to-day administration and requires a broad range of office skills. The role involves working closely with the Founder/CEO.
Financial Bookkeeper (note this is a joint role with The Inspire Arts Trust)
The part time role of the Bookkeeper is to administer the accounts of The NGM Trust and The Inspire Arts Trust which will include overseeing the management of the utilities and necessary insurance, plus payroll. This role will report to the CEO and General Manager.
Receptionist / Merchandise Coordinator
This role can be a full-time or part-time role. The purpose of this role is to promptly and efficiently deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls and visitors to ngm. To provide additional administrative support where necessary for all areas of ngm’s work including for Nancy Goudie’s Spiritual Health Weekends. It also involves looking after all the ngm merchandise and preparing it for events.
Intern for Nancy Goudie
Nancy is looking for someone who has a real heart for God, is passionate about seeing lives transformed and wants to serve Nancy in the ministry God has given her. This person or person(s) would be working very closely with Nancy and we are looking for people who have a heart for ministry, a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the Spiritual Health Weekends, are able to drive and travel with Nancy to various churches, events conferences etc. and are able to minister and pray for others (training will be given). They need to have Microsoft Office skills, a good telephone manner and be able to help in the administration and creative work connected to Nancy’s ministry. As this role involves travelling with Nancy from time to time, this role needs to be filled by a female. Due to car hire and insurance we are looking for someone who is over 21 but preferably over 25 with a full UK driving licence.
We have an amazing £3 million performing arts building that God provided for us 17 years ago. We urgently need someone who has a passion to see these incredible facilities kept at a high standard. We are looking for someone who can support the smooth running of our buildings. From overseeing maintenance of the buildings and equipment to looking after the hire of the buildings etc., we are looking for someone with a passion for excellence and a passion for God. Every week we have over 140 young people from the local area come into our buildings to be trained. We are looking for someone to come and join us and help us see many lives transformed. This is an exciting voluntary role and could be part-time or full-time.

This role comes with FREE ACCOMMODATION (including bills) and some financial support and is an exciting opportunity to help support the work of ngm whilst developing your skills! We are looking for a part-time childminder who loves children (they are both school age) and can help out after school on some days, during school holidays and for some evenings and occasional weekends. There is also some home help involved with the role as well. Alongside this you have the opportunity to develop as an artist in ngm, or get involved in other areas of ngm, or perhaps you want to use the extra time to study and learn – the possibilities are endless!
